We personally inspect the property after checkout and only release the security deposit when we ensure there were no damages.

We have our own team of trusted plumbers, electricians, gardeners and aircon technicians, to ensure that your property is kept in proper working order. Each time we need to do a repair, we inform you and wait for your approval before engaging expenses on your behalf.

It is also very convenient to find your property clean, TV and internet in good working order when you come on holidays, removing the headaches of dealing with customer service in Hebrew or with technicians to fix the appliances. It just eats up your precious holiday time.

Property management can be a time-consuming and stressful task, especially for those who live far away from their property; maintenance and repairs, dealing with neighbours for common issues, screening tenants, managing contracts and legal compliance..... That's where we come in.

No fixed monthly payment for maintenance, we earn when you earn

For short-term rentals, our model is based on a revenue share basis, there is no fixed monthly payment from you, we earn a commission on your rental income, which includes the rental service and the maintenance of the property. You only pay for the repairs that you approve. We earn when you earn, and you decide how much you want to rent it.
For long-term rentals, the maintenance is a fixed percentage of the monthly rental income.
